1. Return Conditions
At Abrdan LLC, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item has not been worn, washed, or used
- All original tags and packaging are still intact
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) is available
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Undergarments and swimwear
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse (not caused during shipping)
3. How to Request a Return

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- A brief explanation of the reason
If your request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions along with the return address.
4. Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.
5. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original product.
